The STM32 Shift Clock is a simple development board built around the STM32F103C8 MCU and it is intended to function as a desktop clock. This project gave me the opportunity to try PCBWay's SMT part sourcing and assembly capabilities as well as some of the more advanced PCB manufacturing options. The Assembly service portion of the project was limited to the components on the back side of the PCB. Part selection and placement verification was made easy by the communication with PCBWay's engineers. They sent me updated BOMs for review and pictures of the boards during manufacturing for approval.
