Why is online lead time different from final lead time for assembly order?

Final lead time is confirmed after passing the audit, and it includes the time for pcb production, components procurement and assembly. Total lead time is a little longer because components are the key factors, as for some components, we need to import them into China, which will take us 5-7 working days at least. Sometimes, the components maybe stuck in customs which delay the whole process. As usual, blank pcbs are finished before we receive all the components.

The lead time of assembly order is mainly based on the time of components collection. So we need to check your BOM and send you lead time by email.
