The product I received does not match the design. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact your sales-rep or after-sales team(feedback@pcbway.com) to agree on a solution.
To contact the sales-rep, email to send them a message.

Or you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute. This is how you open a dispute:

Step 1: Sign into 
Delivery or Completed and locate your order
Step 2: Click Open Dispute
Step 3: Fill in your refund request and click Submit

·         First Step:

Please choose solution and fill the information to submit the request.(click Browse or Add Video to offer evidence)

After-sales Department will step in to resolve the problem. Negotiate with the After-sales Department for a mutual agreement.and accept to the solution provided by After-sales Department.

This dispute Finished, you can reIf your dispute was closed by our Case Management Team but you are not satisfied with the result, you can tell us your problem though Dispute Survey within 15 days.
