Why the lead time of assembly order is long?

The lead time of assembly order is long because of following reasons.

1. Components collection time is long. Some components will be imported and will take time for customs clearance and delivery. Or some parts are customized which require long lead time.

2. PCB production time is long.

Suggestions:

1. Please check if there are any alternative parts for those with long lead time.

2. Please send some components to us for assembly if you have stock.

3. You can inquire your sales rep to quote for express assembly service which will be about 5 days at least faster than normal, but the lead time will be calculated after all parts and bare PCBs are ready.

4. If PCB production time is long, pls check with your sales to see if it is possible to shorten the lead time.
