Because of the limited space I recommend to solder the parts in the following order:
If you use a turret to keep the high impedance in the air, drill the solder hole "caps" bigger to fit the turret.
U1 (if you use a turret, bend leg 3 flat and a little bit up)
C2, C3, C6 (bend them so you can solder the next parts from the other side)
R1, R2 (with no label on the PCB)
R3, R4, C4
R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, C1, C7, D1
C5 (now you bend C2, C3, C6 back)
R10 (if you use a turret, solder just the left leg to the PCB, the other together with U1 pin 3, capsule cable and pad capacitor to the turret)
The other leg of the pad capacitor goes together with the other capsule cable to "GND"
You can also use sockets at "CAPS" and "GND" to change the pad capacitor.
Before you solder the XLR socket do a test fit and check the screw. It may need a little space between XLR and PCB.
