Stencil
Stencil was delayed. We received an engineering question outside the web application portal, and did not associate this email with the project. Noone followed up to get a response to the engineering question. It was several days before we realized the order had not shipped. It too more days to find out why. This caused delays for the entire project. The overall quality was excellent, and the engineering question saved us difficulty. The delay was unfortunate.
