Pico PLC board

I basically designed this board to run as a dedicated PLC for another project I have. It was purpose built to do 1 task. While my designed ultimate did not work how I wanted, mainly due to the improper IC choice, the boatd itself was very high quality and easy to work with. Hence, why I've now sent in another board to be fabbed that uses an ESP32 and is also more general purpose. If this board works correctly as it did with my testing then I'll be posting the design in different places for people to use. It has the potential to be very useful for larger home automation.
