Isolated In/Outputs for a GPSDO

This board is the companion for the GPSDO mentioned above. All the inputs and outputs are isolated with transformers or optical switches such that ground loops and connection glitches will not disturb the sensitive stability of the GPSDO. function as the main GPSDO, but also as the GPSDO for a very high resolution Reciprocal Counter.
