IN-14 Nixie tube breakout board

Board turned out well. Due to the tight spacing of the through-holes for the flying leads on this type of tube, I was concerned about manufacturing tolerances (lead diameter is 0.5mm, and I specified 0.75mm holes that then had to be thru-plated). It's still a little tricky to the the leads through the holes if they happen to be clipped short (often the case with the IN-14s that are available these days), but the manufacturing quality is very good. The only blemish I found was on a couple of the boards with some very small-font lettering on the F.SilkS layer looks a little smudged. But it's only on a couple of boards in the batch, and it's certainly not a big deal in my particular case.
