Flanged Adapter

This adapter was designed to fit a shroud over a heat exchanger pipe and be tightened to the body of the machine, as I am attaching a shroud designed for a newer machine. I had to reverse engineer the mating lug between the body and the flange adapter piece as well as the fastening spots all around the piece. The fit is PERFECT, genuinely perfect and up to CAD file dimensions, much better fit than the 3D printed mock part I made at home. The shroud is extruded aluminium which is very precise, it won't fit well with poorly machined parts or 3d printed mock parts. The anodized finish is almost OEM if not the same finish when compared side by side, very well coated with no visible rack marks (I have not found them yet) The only caveat is the shipping price, which I consider to be expensive compared to other vendors from China. However, the part arrived on time and packed very neatly with overly sufficient packing and sufficed to say the part has not a single scratch on it.
