C64 Test Harness Build

Part of a test harness build. This standalone module plugs onto the keyboard connector in a Commodore 64 Computer system, and combined with a Diagnostics Cartridge, can be used to determine if there is a fault with the computer or the keyboard. Uses minimal parts and does not need connection to the User Port Module.
