C64 LumaFix.

Another great TBL project for the Commodore 64. Can be used as a standard LumaFix solution for compensating the jail-bars video artefacts, but also offer the possibility to omit the actual lumafix components and give access to the chroma and luma signals, bypassing the noisy motherboard signal path instead of trying to cancel the signal noise. PCBWay did a great job as usual, I am happy with both the transaction and the PCBs I received. 5 units is more than I needed, but now I have the opportunity to try and compare both methods.
