B110 active amp

Stencil is super quality as always and will do the job just great. For these small quantities, I always carry the board mounting holes through to the stencil. The 3.2 holes, with a bit of HASL in there, makes a perfect fit to align the stencil with the board. I use a large 450mm/18" ceramic tile as a nice flat back board, thin double sided adhesive (the sort you can see through), and selection of left over PCBWay circuit board to make up a correct height reference edge for the board. With board captive, I align the stencil using 1/8" ground steel dowels and then tape the stencil at the top edge (like a hinge) down and remove the dowels. Now it is perfect for screening the paste, and you can do many boards with the same setup. The quality and repeatability of PCBWay stencils and boards makes this a precision operation. Everything aligns just spot on every time. I even did a 0.5mm pitch chip and it was spot on. Thank you PCBWay, keep it up.
