As always, superb quality. The one or two very small problems they had in the early days are gone, like too much surface solder left on. This is now properly levelled so surface mounting components is much easier. i highly recommend PCBway. Consistent top quality, as good as many European manufacturers, at a fraction of the cost. All holes are very clean, fully plated with no sign of fibres sticking into the hole. Although limited to 6mil/6mil track/clearancxe on prototype boards, it is quite evident from the sharp track edges that they could easily do very much better. The coloured solder resist is now much better too. So much experience had left green as the only choice for good quality, but that quality now stretching to other colours. For example, the blue is now a dark navy blue, very flat so practical and attractive. Even the more exotic colours behave perfectly during peak reflow temperatures. I would like to see that same quality come to black finish. It can be too thick and smears on some edges. They will improve it with experience, but meanwhile it is my preferred colour! Not sure what else to say - I have yet to order 10 prototypes and not receive at least 11 :), and the vacuum packing is good to see so you know the boards are going to solder without problems. Some advice I could offer to them, is to partially extend the every cheap prototyping into some of the other features. Maybe under the same size and number restrictions as the $5 deal, could be added 2oz copper for, say, another 5 or 10 dollars, and the same for ENIG finish. It is a bit frustrating having to jump into the full low quantity price for a few prototypes when 2oz copper is *required* due to heavier currents in the board. Anyway, full marks PCBway. I recommend you to all, and would never use another. I must put in one last shout for FedEx. There service has been fantastic, and half the price of the other big carriers. They just delivered there 7 to 9 day service in 3 days!. Keep it up!
