question oxidation corrosion

I don't live near the beach, even though I use a dehumidifier in my room, the humidity varies from 59-70%, if the dehumidifier dies it remains at 70%

What is the maximum interval for energizing electronic devices and remove humidity and preventing oxidation and corrosion?

I'm not sure about the interval, but if you have a good surface finish, say ENIG for your bare PCBs, you should be ok. But before you assemble them, you should bake them for a couple of hours at 250°F to drive the moisture out of the PCB to prevent delamination and or PTH blowout.
As for active electronics, it's probably best to conformal coat them as well as you can.
