Tracks end too close??

Hi,  


For some reason, KiCad is claiming that these three tracks end too close to each other and also to a via, all in this one spot. But there is no via there.

Is this a bug? There are four "two tracks ends too close" and one "track too close to via" all at that one spot on the board . Should I ignore it? Do you have any ideas? Thanks!
