DESCRIPTION

Hello,

My name is Radhika. I am passionate bachelor student in electronics and communication. I am building this circuit from last one year. I have used my all knowledge of circuit designing and embedded c in this project creatively which i learnt in academics. My aim is to "Build creative ideas which serve human life better in technology" and this is my first step. 


TECHNICAL DETAILS

I have built all in one power bank which is of 16000mah and can drive not only mobile but also every laptop, camera, drone, led, bulb, headphones etc. 

XCugas Power is an advance feature Power Bank (16000mah) that allows user to drive portable device.

This project mainly working on normal circuitry and Embedded C. We are using Eagle software to develop the circuit and MPLAB XIDE for coding

Input:

AC: The battery which is 3.7V 4000mah is charged using charger and there are 4 battery of similar kind.

So, AC input circuit is mainly consist of step down circuit where 5V is converting to 3.7V. Also, a microcontroller connection to ON and OFF the battery circuit.

Solar: We have used 6V 100ma solar cell to charge the battery. So, we are developing a circuit that convert 6V to 3.7V and where there is so less voltage and current drop.

Output:

AC: We have DC to AC converting circuit. We have use Sine wave from PIC18F4520 and transformer to get the required output.

DC: It consist of variable DC circuit using chopper.

USB: USB output which give constant voltage at variable current according to user need

Speaker: A speaker output

Also, we have interfaced LED, LCD, 3 push button (Up, Down and select) to select the required output.


I have schematic and checked circuit. I want that you to make PCB layout, Fabrication and assembly of it. Awaiting for the response.
