Egg Incubator
Egg incubator is a place that incubates the eggs until hatching, we have the DHT sensor that senses the temperature and the humidity of the room, and the relays of the fan and the hotend makes the climate suitable for the eggs. The stepper motor turns some angles each 2h to turns the eggs. Some added features like the bluetooth and the esp to control the incubator remotely by a phone connected to the internet or to the bluetooth, you get get the the data from the incubator to your phone anywhere in the world!
you can access to the data with bleutooth but you should be near the incubator in range of 9metters, but you can access it anywhere by wifi, the esp sends the data to the database and our mobile app reads from the database and display it on the app and a web dashboard in real time you don't need to refresh the page.
You can power up the pcb with 5V and 12V to control the stepper motor, there is an LED in the back of the PCB to display the time lefts for hatching the eggs as well as the temperature and the humidity of the room inside. There are many capacitors and regulator as well as some resistors, all these components are used for the voltage regulation and filtering! The diode and the transistor near the relays are for the protection of the controller (you can add the octocopler or an octo-isolator for better protection). All these devices are controlled by the miro controller ATMEGA328P-PU, we can add the programmer to the pcb and you upload the code via a direct usb type micro B, but we didn't do that because of the space of the board, so if you wanna program it, you can use the FTDA usb to ttl converter, just reverse the connectors RT and TX and when the code is uploading click on the reset push button and it's done! You can test the boars with the builtin led as well as you can see what is happening in the board via the RX and the TX LEDs.
We didn't use the SMT components because here in Algeria, it is so hard to find components and it is so expensive, I think I should use the SMT assembly but it will be so expensive and can not pay it, but if I use the SMD components the pcb will be smaller and with better look!
