500 Watt RF Power Amplifier

Assembled on a gold plated PCBWay circuit board, this amplifier takes a 5-volt sine or square wave drive signal at 3 MHz and amplifies it to a power level of 500 watts. The input and output impedance of the amplifier is 50 ohms.External power sources of +19 volts and +190 volts are required for full power operation. The amplifier is rated for 100% duty operation. The typical use for this amplifier is for driving a low pressure plasma tube in either pulsed or continuous mode.
